What we collect

When you send our quote form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, what you need and your email address if you give it. We also record the page you sent it from, the link that brought you to the site, your IP address and browser type, and the time. When you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, give you a quote, and serve you as a customer. We use visit data to understand which of our pages work.

Text messages

Sending the quote form does not sign you up for texts. Someone from Southern Equipment Rentals calls you back. When a quote request arrives, our own staff who asked for it get a text alert with your name, number and what you need, so they can call you sooner. Those alerts are run by Lukis Media, which built this site; the program is described at lukismedia.com/website-lead-alerts.

We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits. It uses cookies. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings.

Our spam check on the quote form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that run this website, store our leads, deliver our email and texts, and measure visits, and only so they can do that work for us. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling (704) 406-9292 or emailing serentals@comporium.net. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
